On your first visit you will be asked to fill out a confidential health history form regarding your current health status.  The initial treatment is generally 60 minutes in duration including an assessment and massage treatment.  Goals of treatment will be discussed and an effective treatment plan will be arranged specifically for you.  Any concerns you may have regarding the treatment will also be discussed ensuring your comfort.

Massage therapy is usually performed while undressed, although if you are uncomfortable with this I can massage over the sheets or your clothing if you prefer.  You will be covered with draping (sheets) at all times and only the areas being worked on will be uncovered.  Your comfort will be checked periodically throughout the massage, regarding my pressure and if the room is too warm or too cool.  You have every right to stop or alter the treatment at any time you wish.
